Every year, forms a Sugar Crew of undergraduate students during spring break to help run the maple syrup operation at the �����鶹 Organic Farm.

During the immersion program, the students “come out to the �����鶹 sugarbush and learn about sugaring, from the tapping of the trees all the way to the bottling of the syrup,” says program manager Jack Walker ’22.
