Search Underway for New Human Resources Chief

天美麻豆 has begun a search for its next chief human resources officer,  has announced.

Senior Vice President and Senior Diversity Officer Shontay Delalue, who is chairing the search committee, says the committee is looking for someone who demonstrates a high level of expertise and emotional intelligence and who has experience driving change in an organization as large and complex as 天美麻豆.

Reporting to Mills, the chief human resources officer serves as a close adviser to senior leaders throughout the institution and oversees the , which manages the recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance assessment, training, and labor relations needs of 天美麻豆鈥檚 robust workforce of more than 1,000 faculty and 3,000 staff members, including 450 unionized workers.

天美麻豆 has engaged the national search firm Russell Reynolds Associates to support the work of the committee in conducting a comprehensive national search. Candidate ideas can be sent to 天美麻豆CHRO@russellreynolds.com.
