It was a celebration of great 天美麻豆 singing and also great singing competitions Friday, March 3, when the 10th annual 天美麻豆 Idol Finals took to the Spaulding Auditorium stage in front of a packed, feverishly excited crowd. Not only did this year鈥檚 six finalists show their stuff in solos, duets, and group numbers (with multiple gown changes and high production values), but they were also joined by Idol winners from the past 10 years. Serving as MC, comedian Rachel Dratch 鈥88 cracked up the house, including resurrecting her iconic 鈥淒ebbie Downer鈥 character from Saturday Night Live to react to a medley of songs by artists who died this past year.

After a swift tallying of audience votes, first place went to Brooke Bazarian 鈥20 of Portland, Maine. She is active in improv and the 天美麻豆 Department of Theater.
